So…. I am super behind on my Revolt recaps! I’m going to combine weeks 3 & 4 to get caught up.
These two weeks were so hard for me. I don’t know what it was but I had a hard time sticking to the diet during week 3. The food was good but I didn’t get everything prepped on Sunday night which meant I was rushing on Monday to get everything packed. It’s so much easier to just order something but I need to remember that it isn’t always best to sacrifice nutrition for convenience!
Even though I didn’t follow it perfectly, the food choices were, again, delicious! There was salmon this week and that is my favorite! There was even a glaze for it to give it some flavor. So easy to prepare and so yummy!
Even though I didn’t follow the diet very well during week 3, I still did the workouts so I maintained my weight and didn’t gain anything extra. The workouts were challenging but I made my way through them each day. I think the fact that they only take about 20-30 minutes is good motivation for me that it’s almost over!
I took my measurements again this week and photoshopped my before picture with my 3 week picture. I can already see a difference in my hips and waist. Eventually I’ll sit down and add up my total inches lost.
Week 4 was a better week but still far from perfect. I have a serious weakness for Reese’s eggs! I went back to the “detox” diet of week 1. Detox has such a negative connotation but I actually really like the detox diet meal plan. It is easy and tastes good. I’m so bad about snacking in the evenings though. I could go the whole morning without eating but at night time, its like I can’t get enough. The different exercises in the workouts are getting easier (meaning I’m starting to be able to do them fully/properly) and I had to increase my dumbbell weights this week. So overall, I did well this week with only a few slip ups. That was until Easter dinner.
I went to my friend Lydia’s house to enjoy Easter dinner with her and her family. There was ham, sweet potato casserole, mac & cheese, rolls and lots and lots of wine. Oh and homemade apple pie with vanilla ice cream! I definitely had seconds of that one! I switched my free day from Saturday to Sunday with the hopes of not doing too much damage but I did end up having gained a pound back. Oh well!
So at the end of week 4 of Revolt my total weight loss has been 5 lbs. If you are interested in joining in the next 6 week Revolt Uprising, let me know!

I start it up the end of this month! I'm excited and nervous! Do you think it's working? Worth it? I'm hesitant honestly. I'm about to go back and read your older posts about it!
